Introduction

In the context of new normal,the internal and external environment of education is undergoing profound changes. Faced with the new concepts and new requirements of the “Four Comprehensive s” strategic layout to education, this book conducts a systematic research on Comprehensive Reform of Regional Education, a new transformational and groundbreaking model in educational reform, and is of great significance to advance China's educational modernization.
