On December 19th of 2020, the 7th Member Conference of the Chinese Association for Local Education History and Annals was held in Beijing in way of “online plus offline”. The main topics are to review the work report of the sixth council, to conduct the election of the seventh council, and to plan for the future development of the association. Cui Baoshi, President of NIES , and Yu Fayou , Vice President of NIES, attended the conference. Wu Anchun, Research Fellow, director of the Research Department of Educational Theory of NIES, presided over the conference.
In his speech, Cui Baoshi fully affirmed the achievements made by the Chinese Association for Local Education History and Annals over the past 30 years. He pointed out that in the great historical journey to create a new era, we need to pay more attention to and strengthen the study of education history, and learn from the history. The seventh board of directors and board of supervisors of the association were elected.
More than 100 officials, experts and scholars from educational history departments, universities and scientific research institutions all over the country attended the conference.
