The Second Meeting of the Southeast Asia-China Education Research Network was held from August 3rd to 4th, 2015 in Guiyang, China. The event was co-sponsored by the ASEAN-China Centre (ACC), the National Institute of Education Sciences of China (NIES) and the Southeast Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO) during the 8th China-ASEAN Education Cooperation Week (CAECW), which was held from August 3rd to 7th in Guiyang, China.
The event is a follow up to the First Meeting of the SEAMEO-China Education Research Network, co-sponsored by SEAMEO, NIES and ACC, last September in Guiyang. Participants from member countries of the SEAMEO-China Education Research Network and authors of the Guidebook to Education Systems and Reforms in Southeast Asia and China reviewed recent outcomes of the network collaboration, and also discussed topics, methods and sponsors of next phase collaboration. The Book Launch Meeting of the Guidebook to Education Systems and Reforms in Southeast Asia and China was held concurrently.
