The NIES and Wuhou district (Chengdu), after a series of meetings and field visits, agreed to develop strategic partnership to advance the district’s comprehensive education reform. The signing ceremony of the partnership was held on 10 April, 2015 at Wuhou district local government. Professor Tian Huisheng, President of the NIES and Ai Zhiqiu, Executive Deputy Governor of Wuhou district signed the collaboration agreement on behalf of both parties. Tian Huisheng and Lin Li, the governor of Wuhou district unveiled the plaque of the experimental area at the signing ceremony, which was chaired by Chen Ziji, Vice-President of the NIES.
